Tip: bend your elbows more so the bar almost touches your forehead. Use a lighter weight if this hurts your elbows and do more reps. They’re called “skull crushers” for a reason. 👍🏼😊

Such an inspiration Jeremy! Although didn’t receive the amount of damage to my body through trauma like you, I’ve got a severe spinal disease and have had 7 major ops in just 2 years. My entire spine is fused with metal. You’re a brave man, my question to you is how do you deal with the pain? I am currently going through opioid withdrawal after 7 years of use, tbh it’s a pure slice of hell and I can honestly say it’s worse and more terrifying than all of the pain/surgeries I’ve endured. Just interested in your view on pain management ✌️🙏🏻
